Fungi Walk

1 min read

On Sunday 11 October 2026, a guided fungi walk led by Dr Colin Pope and Jimmy Winter offers the chance to slow down, look carefully and learn from people who know what to notice. Join us at St Peter's Churchyard at 13:45.

Fungi are everywhere in autumn, yet many people pass them without realising what they are seeing. A guided walk helps make sense of the variety, from familiar toadstools to quiet decomposers doing essential work out of sight.
