A Prayer for the Fifth Sunday of Easter
Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts that sometimes feel heavy, uncertain, or afraid. Yet today,
we choose to rest in the words of Your Son: “Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in
God; believe also in Me.”
Help us to trust You completely — not only with our eternal future, but with every step of our
daily journey. When the path ahead feels unclear, remind us that You are the Way. When
confusion clouds our minds, remind us that You are the Truth. When weariness drains our
spirit, remind us that You are the Life.
Fill us with Your peace, strengthen our faith, and let our lives reflect the power and
compassion of Your Kingdom.
Amen.

response form with your comments on the various options.
(1) 'A peek behind the scenes at Switzerland'
An illustrated talk by John and Sue Peek.
This will be a personal look behind the scenes at some aspects of Swiss life and the
investigation of John’s ancestry (he is ¼ Swiss). Travel within Switzerland and details of the
production of Gruyère cheese will also be included. The talk will be followed by
refreshments.
(2) All Saints Cafe: Love Mondays
We’re delighted to announce the soft opening of our new café space at All Saints Church,
Ryde, starting Monday 11th May 2026, ahead of our full launch in September.
Join us for Love Mondays, our weekly dedicated wellbeing day, running every Monday from
8:00–12:00. Enjoy complimentary filter coffee, tea, and baked cakes and treats, with barista made coffee also available for a small donation.
This is a relaxed and welcoming space for all — a great opportunity to connect with others,
explore the newly renovated church, and find out more about church life, including Alpha,
upcoming events, and our Love Your Neighbour projects.
We’d love to see you there and welcome members of our local community each week.
