A Prayer for the Tenth Sunday after Trinity

Lord Jesus,

When the winds rise and the waves roar, help us to keep our eyes fixed on You.

In moments when fear pulls us under, reach out Your hand and lift us up.

Teach us to trust Your voice above the noise,

to step forward in faith even when the path feels uncertain,

and to remember that no storm is stronger than Your love.

Amen.

Prayer for the sick

We pray for those who are sick and who ask for our prayers: Patrick, Joan C, Emma,

Brenda, John, Tim, Catherine, Elizabeth, Millie, Jackie, Paul B, Clay and Dariel. We also

remember silently in our hearts: Heather, Ann, Dave, Monica, Hester, Kerry, Izabel and Paul.

Rest in peace

We remember those who have died recently and pray for their families at this sad time.

Sunday Afternoon Teas are happening from the 5th July to 13th September at Holy Cross from 2:30 to 4:30pm. There is a rota in church and any help with serving teas/providing cakes or assisting with washing up etc will be very welcome

(2) Living Faith Module 3: Questions of Faith

This will start by zoom at 7.30 pm on Friday 4th September. There are 10 weekly sessions
