Prayer for Remembrance Sunday

Gracious God, On the day of remembrance, we honour the courage and sacrifice of those

who gave their lives for the sake of others. May their legacy inspire us to work for peace in

our world. Comfort those who mourn, and strengthen all who strive for justice and

reconciliation. Let us never forget the cost of war, and may we always seek the path of love

and unity.

Amen.

If you know of someone who has received electronic pew sheets in the past, but not since I

took over as editor, do ask them to check their spam/junk folder: I know this is where more

than one recipient’s emails from me have disappeared!

Thank you Sue
